What is currently sold

The Blueprint™ — Digital Business Build School (Founding Edition): US$497, one-time payment. A self-paced online program with Phase 00 plus ten build phases, lessons, Build It Now™ exercises, phase workbooks and the AI Build Vault™ resources, delivered in the student portal. No private coaching is included.

Digital Business Starter Kit: US$27, one-time payment. A 60-page PDF workbook with 51 practical worksheets, delivered as a finished PDF download from your student dashboard. No editable Canva templates or resale rights are provided.

Blueprint Builder Session: US$50, one-time payment for one 30-minute session, scheduled manually by email after purchase. It does not include The Blueprint or ongoing coaching.

Individual Blueprint phases: Phases 01–10 may each be purchased separately for US$149, one-time payment per phase. An individual phase unlocks that phase's lessons, exercises and workbook only; Phase 00 is free for everyone.

Items labelled Coming Soon or In development (such as the Brand Identity Workbook) are not offered for sale. No purchase is a subscription.

Individual phases & upgrade credit

Each individually purchased phase is a separate product. Buying one phase does not unlock any other phase, the complete program, or the AI Build Vault™, which requires the complete program.

If you later buy the complete Blueprint program, the phase prices you actually paid (excluding any sales tax) are credited toward the complete-program price, so you never pay twice for the same phase. The credit is calculated automatically at checkout from your confirmed purchases.

If a phase purchase is refunded or reversed after you upgraded, that phase's credit is removed and the resulting upgrade balance becomes due. Full-program access is paused until the balance is paid; your other paid phases and saved work are not affected.

Checkout & payment

Payments are processed by Stripe through checkout on this site. You must sign in or create an Academy account before checkout so the purchase can be linked to you. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Your card statement may show the payment processor's descriptor.

A purchase is complete when Stripe confirms payment. We do not see or store your full card number.

Purchases and student accounts are for adults aged 18 or older.

Delivery & access

The Blueprint unlocks in your student portal once payment is confirmed. The Starter Kit appears under My Products in your dashboard; each download uses a secure link that expires after a short time, and you can request a new link while signed in. A purchase confirmation email is sent to your account email.

Each product is a separate purchase: the Starter Kit does not include The Blueprint, and the Builder Session does not include course access. Access is for the purchasing account only — do not share logins.

Students retain access while Carissa Lee Academy™ operates and continues supporting The Blueprint. Future program updates are included while the program remains available. This is not a lifetime-access promise.

Builder Sessions

After payment, Carissa contacts you at the email associated with your purchase to confirm one of your preferred times. Payment alone does not reserve a specific date or time.

Customers may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for voluntary refunds, subject to applicable law.

Before checkout, customers choose two or three preferred dates and times, each at least 24 hours away. Carissa confirms one time by email; a session is not booked until confirmed. Cancelling at least 24 hours before a confirmed session receives a full refund. If Carissa cancels, the customer chooses a new time or a full refund.

Paid services

App Strategy Session: US$75 for one 45-minute video call. Guided App Build: US$297, covering two working sessions included in the single price. Tech Help: US$75 per hour, booked in one- or two-hour appointments. Custom Blueprint: US$147 for a personalized written plan. Priority emergency support may be offered as a US$100 add-on when availability allows; it is not a 24/7 service. Tech Care plans (Essential US$99/month, Pro US$249/month) are arranged by inquiry and are not booked through the site.

Booking: appointments are booked through the site at available times only — Tuesday to Thursday, 10 AM–3 PM Central, with at least 24 hours' notice and up to 14 days ahead. Payment through Stripe is required before an appointment is reserved; an unpaid checkout holds a time only briefly and never confirms it. You receive a confirmation email once payment and the calendar booking are complete.

Rescheduling: you may reschedule once free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice through your private booking link. Later changes, or changes with less notice, require Carissa's approval.

Cancellations — appointments (Strategy Sessions, Guided App Build sessions, Tech Help): cancelling more than 24 hours before a confirmed appointment receives a full refund. One reschedule is free with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling within 24 hours incurs a US$40 fee per appointment or session, with the balance refunded. A 10-minute grace period applies at the start; a no-show after that forfeits the session fee, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations — custom projects (Custom Blueprint and similar quoted work): because work begins shortly after booking, cancelling before work starts receives a full refund. Once work has started, completed work is not returnable and any refund of the remaining portion is at Carissa's discretion, subject to consumer rights required by applicable law.

Guided App Build partial refunds: the US$297 price covers two sessions, treated as halves of US$148.50 each. If you cancel after completing one session, the completed session's half is earned and non-refundable; the uncompleted session's half is refunded in full with more than 24 hours' notice, or subject to the US$40 late-cancellation fee with less notice. If no session has been completed, the appointment cancellation terms apply to the full price.

If Carissa cancels and no replacement time works for you, you receive a full refund.

Scope & deliverables: each service includes only what its page describes. Strategy Sessions and Tech Help provide guidance and hands-on help during the booked time; a Guided App Build covers the agreed build work across its two sessions; a Custom Blueprint delivers one written plan. Work beyond the described scope, and additional revisions beyond what is agreed at booking, may require a new booking or quote.

Client responsibilities: you provide timely access, materials, logins and decisions needed for the work, and you are responsible for your own business, content and third-party accounts. Deliverables built for you are yours to use for your business; Academy teaching materials remain licensed under the Digital Product License.

Service refunds follow these terms and the Refund Policy; nothing removes consumer rights required by applicable law.

Use of materials

Buying a product gives you a license to use it, not ownership. Use is governed by the Digital Product License.

No guarantees & responsible use

Academy materials are education and practical resources, not legal, tax, financial or individualized professional advice. No income, employment or business result is guaranteed. Results depend on your own decisions, work and market.

You are responsible for your finished work and for following the licenses of any third-party software, fonts, images or platforms you use.

Refunds, rights & contact

All digital course and product sales are final. Because you receive immediate access, no voluntary refunds are offered for change of mind, not using the product, or dissatisfaction after purchase. Before checkout you must tick a box confirming this. We always fix or refund duplicate or mistaken charges and purchases that were not delivered. The Builder Session has separate terms. See the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Governing law

Louisiana is the business location and governing-law jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights required by applicable law. The owner plans to relocate to Mississippi; this clause will be reassessed after relocation.
