What you may do

Use the Starter Kit worksheets, Blueprint workbooks, Vault resources and prompts to plan and run your own business.

Print or save copies for your own use, and fill them in as often as you like.

Use what you learn — and the finished results you create — for your own business and for paid client work. For example, you may use a worksheet to run a session with a client and give the client their completed answers or your finished deliverable.

What you may not do

Resell, give away, upload for public download, or include in a bundle, membership, course or freebie the original files, blank worksheets, templates, prompt library or lessons — changed or unchanged.

Pass a blank or reusable copy of a template to a client; if a client wants the template itself, they need to buy their own.

Share your login, or remove copyright and brand notices. Changing a file does not make it yours to sell.

Courses & sessions

Blueprint lessons and videos are for the purchasing student only. Course access and updates follow the availability terms in the Terms of Sale, with no lifetime-access guarantee. A Builder Session is a service and grants no rights to Academy materials.

Resale rights

Resale or private-label rights are not included with any current product. If a future product offers them, its sales page will say so explicitly and include its own written terms.

Third-party content

The Starter Kit is delivered as a finished PDF only; no editable Canva templates or resale rights are supplied. Third-party content remains subject to its applicable licenses, which this license cannot override. Links or references to third-party software and services do not grant ownership or resale rights in those services.

Ownership & misuse

Carissa Lee Co™ retains its rights in original Academy materials; third-party rights remain with their respective owners. Breaking this license ends your permission to use the affected materials and may lead to removal of access, subject to applicable law.

Purchases are final sale under the Refund Policy. If a purchase is refunded or reversed (for example a duplicate charge), your access and this license for that product end. Questions about permitted use: email CarissaLee@carissalee.co before using a product in a new way. The final-sale rule does not remove consumer rights required by applicable law.
