All digital sales are final
The Blueprint™ (US$497) and downloadable digital products, including the Digital Business Starter Kit (US$27), give you immediate access to digital content. Before checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that all sales are final.
No voluntary refunds are offered for change of mind, not using the product, or dissatisfaction after purchase. This protects original, copyrighted educational materials and digital files that can't be returned once accessed.
Your legal rights are not excluded
Nothing in this policy limits consumer-protection rights that apply to you by law, including remedies for content that is faulty, not as described, or not delivered. Where local law gives you more, the law applies.
Problems we always fix or refund
Duplicate charges, charges made in error, purchases that were not delivered, or content you cannot access after we try to fix it.
Purchase support
1. Email CarissaLee@carissalee.co or use the Contact page, choose "Purchase support", and include your purchase email, product and date. Never send card details or passwords.
2. We target a response within 2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. This is a target, not a guaranteed response time.
3. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded after we check the payment record.
4. Failed delivery or no access: we restore access or resend the download; if we can't, we refund.
5. Legally required remedies are handled as the law requires, regardless of the final-sale rule.
6. A refunded or reversed purchase loses access to that product only. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe.
7. Individual phases: a refunded phase loses access to that phase only; your other phases and saved work are unaffected. If you had already upgraded to the complete program, the refunded phase's credit is removed and the remaining upgrade balance becomes due — full-program access is paused until it is paid, and you are notified on your dashboard and by email.
Blueprint Builder Session ($50)
A Builder Session is a scheduled service, not immediately delivered digital content, so the digital final-sale rule above does not apply. Consumer rights required by applicable law remain protected.
Customers may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for voluntary refunds, subject to applicable law.
Before checkout, customers choose two or three preferred dates and times, each at least 24 hours away. Carissa confirms one time by email; a session is not booked until confirmed. Cancelling at least 24 hours before a confirmed session receives a full refund. If Carissa cancels, the customer chooses a new time or a full refund.
Paid services (Strategy Sessions, Guided App Build, Tech Help, Custom Blueprint)
Paid services are scheduled or custom work, not immediately delivered digital content, so the digital final-sale rule does not apply to them. Payment is required before an appointment is reserved.
Appointments (Strategy Sessions, Guided App Build sessions, Tech Help): cancelling more than 24 hours before a confirmed appointment receives a full refund to the original payment method. One reschedule is free with at least 24 hours' notice through your private booking link. Cancelling within 24 hours incurs a US$40 fee per appointment or session, with the balance refunded. A 10-minute grace period applies at the start; a no-show after that forfeits the session fee, subject to applicable law.
Guided App Build partial refunds: the US$297 price is two sessions of US$148.50 each. If only one session has been completed, that half is earned and non-refundable; the uncompleted half is refunded in full with more than 24 hours' notice, or subject to the US$40 late-cancellation fee with less notice. If neither session has taken place, the appointment terms apply to the full US$297.
Custom projects (Custom Blueprint and similar quoted work): cancelling before work starts receives a full refund; once work has started, completed work is not returnable and any refund of the remainder is at Carissa's discretion, subject to applicable law.
If Carissa cancels and no replacement time works for you: full refund. Consumer rights required by applicable law remain protected in every case.
