Everyone keeps telling you to make money online. But nobody tells you where to start.
If you've ever thought about learning digital skills, working from home, or creating something of your own—but feel completely overwhelmed by where to begin—I made something for you.

Let me guess.
You've saved all the videos.
You've watched the tutorials. Followed the women building businesses. Maybe even bought a few things you thought would finally give you direction.
And somehow, you're still sitting there wondering what you're actually supposed to do first.
That's exactly why I created this.
Find My Starting Point
What if you started with what you already know?
The things you've learned. The problems you've worked through. The help people already ask you for.
It's easy to overlook what comes naturally to you. Your Missing Piece gives you space to notice it—and explore what you might create from there.
Just a little curiosity about what could come next.
Let's find your
missing piece.
You have more to start with than you think. These free opening exercises from Phase 00 help you notice the skills and experience you already bring, explore something you could create, and find a practical place to begin. A free preview — not the full paid workbook or course.
- Discover what you already know. Look at your skills, lived experience and the things people turn to you for.
- Explore what you could build. Give an idea some shape, without choosing your whole future today.
- Find a practical place to start. Work through the opening questions instead of saving another tutorial.

I'm Carissa. I believe women deserve more than another shortcut.
I'm a designer, software developer and founder. I've taken ideas from a notebook to brands, digital products and working software.
I know how much noise there is when you're trying to learn something new. And I know that watching someone else build isn't the same as knowing what to do yourself.
I created the Academy to make practical education feel more approachable. Real skills. Useful questions. A place to begin with the experience you already have.
